Satisfying my customers has always been a priority for me. That's how I got my start in customer service at a bank in Haiti at the age of 25. When I arrived in Quebec, I worked in credit card sales for a Canadian financial institution for 1 year. But one of the most important experiences of my career was with Bell Mobility, which gave me the most solid foundations in customer relations, spending 13 years there. During this time, I trained at HEC Montréal to acquire expertise in relationship selling. With a total of 18 years' experience before moving into real estate, I'm now a mature person who understands my customers' expectations. As for real estate, which has always been my passion, I started out with the Landmark group, but I quickly realized that if I wanted to achieve my goals and make the most of my abilities, my place would be with Re/Max, the largest real estate agency in Quebec.
